HOLIDAY HOME IN MONTEGROTTO TERME
Ca’ Magnolia Euganea is an independent 110 m² holiday home, ideal for families, couples and small groups of up to 5 guests.
It is located in Montegrotto Terme, in the heart of the Euganean Hills, just a short walk from hiking trails, local services and thermal pools.
The house is arranged over 3 floors and features a private garden for exclusive use and a private covered parking space.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two bedrooms — one double bedroom and one with two single beds — as well as the main bathroom with shower.
Upon advance request, an additional single bed can be added in the double bedroom, for a maximum capacity of 5 guests.

EUGANEAN HILLS – TRAILS IN THE REGIONAL PARK
The Euganean Hills Regional Park is a unique natural oasis in the heart of the Venetian plain. From our property, you can directly access a network of marked trails winding through woods, vineyards and ancient hilltop villages, offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and, on clear days, as far as the Dolomites. Whether you are an experienced hiker or simply looking for a relaxing walk in nature, the Euganean Hills offer trails for every level of difficulty.
Y-40 – THE WORLD’S DEEPEST THERMAL POOL
Just a 5-minute walk from the property is Y-40 The Deep Joy, a 42-metre-deep pool filled with natural thermal water at 32°C. It is a unique destination for freediving and scuba diving enthusiasts, but also for anyone looking for a special experience close to the town centre. Located inside Hotel Millepini Terme, Y-40 offers public sessions and courses for all experience levels.
CYCLING THROUGH THE EUGANEAN HILLS
Just a short distance from Ca’ Magnolia Euganea, you can join the E02 cycle route, a circular route of about 63 km around the Euganean Hills, almost entirely on flat terrain. The route follows historic waterways such as the Canale Battaglia and Canale Bisatto. Cycling through the countryside, vineyards and medieval villages, you can reach remarkable places such as Catajo Castle, Praglia Abbey, Arquà Petrarca and the thermal towns of Abano and Montegrotto. The route is suitable for everyone, including e-bikes and leisure cycling.
